This website may collect information you submit through a demo request, readiness checklist request, or contact form. This may include your name, work email, company, role, candidate notice volume, hiring tools used, and message content.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to respond to requests, share the readiness checklist, evaluate product fit, and communicate about Notice Tracking.

Form processing

Lead capture is handled through Cognito Forms or another workflow explicitly configured by Notice Tracking. Do not submit sensitive candidate data through the marketing website forms.

Candidate data

This marketing website is not the Notice Tracking application. It should not be used to submit candidate records, applicant files, employment decisions, notice packets, or legal materials.

Security and data minimization

Notice Tracking is designed to limit candidate data to the fields needed for a configured notice workflow. The application excludes resumes, Social Security numbers, demographic data, assessment scores, interview notes, background checks, and medical data. Legal documents

Notice Tracking publishes terms, privacy, processing, and retention pages for customer review. These pages do not change the product boundary: Notice Tracking is workflow and recordkeeping software and does not provide legal advice.
