Terms of Service

Service scope

Notice Tracking operationalizes customer-approved candidate-notice workflows, records configured workflow activity, and produces structured exports. It does not provide legal advice, determine legal applicability, select legally correct notice language, certify compliance, guarantee delivery or receipt, or make hiring decisions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for notice content, workflow configuration, candidate communications, user access, and determining whether a workflow should be used. Customers must not upload data that is unnecessary for their configured workflow or prohibited by applicable law.

Applicant rights destinations

Certain notices identify where an applicant may exercise a right — for example a page for submitting automated decisionmaking technology (ADMT) access or opt-out requests, or an address for requesting an alternative selection process. The customer supplies these destinations and they must be pages or mailboxes the customer controls and monitors. Notice Tracking does not host applicant rights-request pages, does not act as the destination for such requests, and does not receive, triage, or respond to them on a customer's behalf. A customer's Notice Tracking account address is a contact for operational questions about the service and is not a rights-request destination.

Notice Tracking validates the format of a supplied destination and will refuse one that is not usable by an applicant — for example a Notice Tracking address, an unreplaced placeholder, a non-public host, or a non-secure address. It also records which destination was in effect at the time each notice was sent. These are format and recordkeeping functions only. The customer remains responsible for maintaining a working page or mailbox, for the accuracy of the rights process it describes, and for whether that process and its content satisfy any legal obligation applicable to the customer. Notice Tracking does not verify that a supplied destination resolves, functions, or is legally sufficient.

Nothing in this section limits the customer's obligations under applicable law, and nothing in it transfers to Notice Tracking any obligation that applicable law places on the customer as the business or employer.

Acceptable use

Customers may use Notice Tracking only for lawful business purposes and may not use the service to store unnecessary sensitive data, interfere with platform security, or submit candidate information unrelated to a configured notice workflow.
